Sep 1830 - Nancy FARMER lay in a charge against John WOODY for scattering wheat in a man's house in an angry and insulting manner for unchristian language.
Sep 1830 - John MONGER petitioned for from Smyrna Church
Apr 1831 - Wm. EBLIN chosen moderator
Nov 1831 - Gray HAGGARD, George LUTTRELL, Richard TALIFERO, John SELVIDGE and Sam LILES form themselves into a presbetery who procede to examine Br. Elisha TURNER on the orthodox principles of the gospel
Nov 1832 - Marjery WELLS received by experience
April 1833 - Barbary RAYBOURN formerly Barbary TALLANT applied for a letter of dismission and was granted.
June 1833 - John TURNER being recently received by letter being previously ordained a deacon and now his wife being ded and he married again in the Lord - - his present wife Rebeccah TURNER.
August 1833 - Susanna ANTHONY received as a member.
Dec 1833 - Nikky a woman belonging to Esq. ESCRIDGE received as a member.
Jan 1834 - A charge brought against Jacob BAKER for intoxication
March 1834 - Elizabeth W. McCAIN was brought up on a charge of disorderly conduct.
June 1834 - George WALLER and wife Mariah received by letter.
Jan 1835 - Jason McMULLIN charged with running a horse race.
April 1835 - John WOODY was charged for unchristian conduct in refusing to make a deed to Bro. Archable FELTS for his land and indulging his children in sasing Br. FELTS and not correcting them and for one expression in saying that Br. FELTS could not many any acknowledgement that he would give him. Also, a charge against Elizabeth WOODY for stating that Bro. Archable FELTS had hirt her feelings so that he could not say or do anyting that would satisfy her, and for borrowing some corn from Br. FELTS refusing to pay it stating to one of the brethen that she did not intend to pay it when she borrowed it and to another of the brethen that she did not intend to pay it.
July 1835 - Charge against Sally FELTS for unchristian conduct in leaving her husband and children and excluded her for the season(?).
August 1835 - Br. Garland INGRIM laid in a charge against Br. John EZELL for speaking disrespectfully of his daughter Hanover.
Sep 1835 - Charge brought against G. INGRIM and Sandford INGRIM for getting angry and fighting. Henderson BREAZEALE and wife Rebeckah applied for letters of dismission. Solomon WILKINS and wife Patsey WILKINS applied for letters of dismission. Betsy OLIVER recieved as a member.
Oct 1835 - Charge brought against Thomas KITCHEN for being intoxicated.
Nov 1835 - Archable FELTS laid in a charge against Br. John MATHIS for unchristina conduct coming to his house said FELTS and threatening if he called his dog he MATHIS would shoot the quantity of boollets he had holding them out in his hands at said FELTS.
Dec 1835 - Thomas McMULLIN came to the church and acknowledged he had an affray with John EZELL.
March 1836 - Garland INGRIM charged with intoxication.
April 1836 - Hennery MOORE chared with drinking to much and quarling.
Aug 1836 - Nancy BREAZEALE formerly now Nancy EZELL applied for a letter of dismission.
Jan 1837 - Archable FELTS charged with intoxication.
Feb 1837 - William BOGART and wife Polley applied for letters of dismission.
May 1837 - James WELLS had a charge lifted against him for having plays about his house and for not obeying the voice of the church when called for and for intoxication.
Jun 1837 - Grievance between Sister Malinda KELLY and Br. Archable FELTS over a colt and dog.
Jan 1838 - Bro. TALLENT and his two daughters Rachel TALLANT Polly Ann TALLANT applied for letters of dismission.
Apr 1838 - Thomas McMULLIN charged with non attendance.
Oct 1838 - Lucinda WILLSON formerly Lucinda WRIGHT applied for a letter of dismission.
Mar 1839 - John DEVER and wife Elizabeth received by letter.
May 1839 - George MOORE charged with non-attendance. Ansel MATHIS charged with frolicking about his house. Elizabeth UPCHURCH charged with loodness.
Mar 1840 - Nancy WILLIAMS chared with fighting.
Dec 1842 - The church took up the charge against Br. Ancel MATHIS and Br. John PRITCHET for taking the benefit of the bankrupt law to evade the payment of their just debts.
Feb 1843 - Hosannah BREAZEALE chared with joining a temperance society.
Dec 1843 - Took up the case of James PRESTON who gave his letter to the church and requested the church not to receive him into fellowship as he considered his conduct rendered him unworthy of a place among the Baptist at this time and the church acted accordingly.
April 1845 - Wm. E. POPE appointed moderator.
July 1845 - Catherine MOORE charged for ludeness.
June 1846 - Samuel WOODY charged with intoxication and suffering plays in his house. Archibal FELTS charged with false hood. The church lifted a charge against Archibald FELTS for swalling a Crawfish for a pair of shoes.
Feb 1848 - Daniel HUFFINE charged with unchristian conduct and language also a charge against Lucinda and Stacy BURNETT for neglecting to take the steps of the gospel with Br. HUFFINE.
Aug 1848 - Thomas KITCHEN and his wife Margaret applied for letters of dismission. Charge against Jane REYNOLDS and Malinda STEPHENSON for abruptly moving off and not applying for letters of dismission.
May 1850 - David P. THOMAS chosen moderator for the day.
Feb 1851 - Fredrick NARRIMORE charged with intoxication and unchristian language in that of saying that if Br. FELTS was to talk to him as he did to William NARRIMORE he would stick his knife in him if it was to send him to Hel the next minute.
Mar 1851 - H.C. BREAZEALE and wife Rebecha applied for letters of dismission.
Aug 1851 - Linsey TIndexL and his wife Elizabeth received.
Feb 1852 - Daniel HUFFINE ordered to attend for the purpose of explaining difficulty with Brother Joseph SHACKLEFORD.
May 1852 - H.C. BREAZEALE and his daughter Susan BREAZEALE and his wife Martha BREAZEALE received as members.
June 1852 - Margaret OVERTON, Margaret TIndexL and Margaret PHILLIPS received as a member. Also recieved Larkin BREAZEALE, Martha LITTLETON and Nelson ADAMS, and Calvin DALE and his wife Elizabeth DALE.
Nov 1852 - Catharine PRESTON charged with ludeness and making false statement.
Dec 1852 - Sister REYNOLDS charged with getting angry and striking and abusing her husband.
Sep 1853 - Br. D.P. THOMAS requested a letter of dismission for himself and wife and old Sister INGRAM and his Sister Isabeall.
Nov 1853 - Margaret PHILLIPS charged with becoming a mother unlawfully and putting away the same privately.
Sep 1854 - Elizabeth WOODY charged with joining a missionary society. Susan BREAZEALE charged with joining a cammalite society.
Feb 1855 - Sary TUMMINS being present and she says that she has not the letter but says she left it in Dixon County.
Aug 1855 - Ambers NARRIMORE charged with treating the church with contempt in that of requesting a letter of dismission and then moving off and not applying for said letter.
Sep 1856 - A.J. BREAZEALE and wife Mary BREAZEALE applied for a letter of dismission.
Oct 1856 - Elizabeth EBLIN received as a member.
Feb 1857 - John DEVER and wife Elizabeth applied for a letter of dismission
Oct 1863 - Application for letter of dismission from Eliza STURGESS and daughter Eliza - granted.
Aug 1865 - "Whereas some of our brethen and sisters have beene engaged in bringing about the rebellion of 1861 which has brought the deth of many of our sons and oure daughters made widows and their children orphans and drenched our land and country in blud. The church declare them in disorder and Br. Henry BOGART being present and failing to make the church satisfyed and being charged with aideing and abetting in bringing on the rebellion the church exclude him for the same too Lucindy BOGART being charged with unchristianlike conduct in aiding and abetting in said rebellion lift a charge against her and she is excluded for the same. Benjamin B. CROWE and wife Mary also charged with aiding and abetting in said rebellion.
